From August 29th to September 6, 2009, invited by Invest in Denmark (ICT Dept.), Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, Ericsson in Sweden and Nokia in Finland, the Mobile Internet Great Wall Club organized a business visit for the club members to Denmark, Sweden and Finland in North Europe, aiming at exchanging ideas with companies like Nokia and Ericsson. This activity was jointly organized by Mobile Internet Great Wall Club, Danish Investment Authority in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Invest in Sweden Agency and Finnish Trade and Technology Center.

Under the support of the Ministry of Information Industry of China, related ministries of Japan and Korea government, in order to promote the cooperation and development of information sectors of China, Japan and Korea, find out the development strategy for the future and discuss about the operating modes, Korea will organize a China-Japan-Korea Mobile Internet Summit 2009(CJK Summit in abbreviation) in Seoul on Nov.12th 2009.

November 24 -27, in order to further promote Japan-South Korea CJK mobile Internet Industry Alliance, Great Wall Club will organize their members to visit Tokyo and participate in Mobidec 2009 in Japan.

Overview: To increase cooperation and knowledge sharing between high level executives from leading mobile internet companies in the USA and Asia, GWC is arranging an executive exchange trip to the United States in early January. First, we will attend the International CES, which is the largest consumer electronics conference in the world. Next, we plan to visit well known companies such as Google, Facebook and Twitter in Silicon Valley. Lastly, we will join networking events and seminars organized by local organizations.

Overview:

At the invitation of the Singapore government, Great Wall Club will organize its members to visit Singapore and Malaysia for the first time.

GWC plans to visit Singapore's three major telecom operators: SingTel, StarHub and MobileOne. In Malaysia, members will visit Electcoms, Celcom, Maxis Communications, Digi Telecommunications etc.

This event will be organized by GWC, the Singapore government and Singapore Tourism Board.

Brief Introduction:

In order to enhance the communication between the GWC members from China, Japan, Korea and Singapore and mobile Internet industry leaders from North-Europe, GWC will organize a business trip to North-Europe in early September.

In order to further promote development and communication between mobile industries in China and Japan, GWC will gather its members in Tokyo to participate in Mobidec 2010 on November 24th -27th 2010.
