Balintimes Media Group Co., Ltd. is the top brand among out-of-home media in China. Balintimes currently is consisted of seven parts, including metro media, bus media, airport media, cruise media, theatre media, outdoor media printing, ShanLink and ShanPai. We launched O2Omobi in 2013, to make it become the first O2O mobile marketing platform in China and the shining star in mobile internet industry.

Junjie He has worked in Youmi, the first mobile media platform in China, as the nationwide channel principal. He was the first one who was occupied in smartphone advertisement, and has supported services to well-known international and domestic institutions, such as China Telecom, China Unicom, Hong Kong Shanghai Office, 91, Radio and TV station in Guangdong province, Hakuhodo, Zenith Optimedia, CIG. He has deep understanding of brand creative, market strategy, customer’s service and industry research.

In addition to the above, he also has rich experience about the operations of mobile platform and the technology of products. He with his passion and dream became a member of O2Omobi mobile marketing platform in 2013, seeking to exploit new territory of mobile internet for Balintimes.

Guodong He

VP

Guodong He, educated in South China University of Technology, is the master of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering. He is a high-ranking system architecture designer and middle rank software developer. At present, he is working as a vice president in Balintimes Media Group Company with 12-year experience of software developing. As well as, he has rich experience about advertising media management, project management and software management. He is the one who was putting forward ShanLink, the new media concept, and participated in building and designing our Group’s two new media named ShanLink and ShanPai.

Min Zheng

CIO

Min Zheng with 8-year experiences about publishing media has once worked in many large-scale media enterprises and well-known publishing groups in China. She has deep understanding of publishing media in domestic advertising industry. She became a member of Balintimes in 2009, and then majored in internet and mobile internet. What’s more, she participated in building and designing our Group’s two new media named ShanLink and ShanPai.
