Founder & CEO
Jerry Wang is the Founder and CEO of Haitou Inc. His investment focus includes equity crowd-funding, cloud-computing software and mobile applications.
As Investment Manager at University of Notre Dame’s Investment Office from 2008 to 2010, Jerry managed a portfolio of global private equity and Asian Investments, with total commitments of over $1billion.
Jerry was an Associate Director of Investments at Wesleyan University from 2011 to 2013, and He assisted Chief Investment Officer in managing a $600 million global portfolio, which includes the world’s best-performing hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate funds, energy funds, stock funds and bond funds, etc.
Jerry holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Tsinghua University, as well as a master’s degree in Engineering and Business Administration from University of Notre Dame.
Dongjun Peng is VP of Operation at Haitou Inc., and is responsible for Haitou’s corporate operations. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in internet and mobile development, operations and maintenances.
Dongjun Peng started his own business since 2005, which develops 3G and 4G mobile communication networks, mobile internet video services system and national LBS service center based on GPS and the Chinese Beidou satellite navigation.
Dongjun Peng has graduated from Tsinghua University with a master’s degree in Engineering Mechanics.
Xiaoxiao Yan is the director of investments and research at Haitou and is in charge of investments and product developments. Miss Yan graduated from the Johns Hopkins University with a Master’s degree in Finance. Miss Yan has supported several billion dollar hedge funds in fund operations. Prior to that, Miss Yan worked at a hedge fund in assistance of portfolio managers for trading activities. She also developed trading models, conducted performance analysis and risk control at the hedge fund. Miss Yan is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
